What is Managed Support?

In years past, computer / network repair technicians were a lot like plumbers. When something broke or was having problems, you called them and they came to fix it. Unfortunately, that is not where the similarity ended. They also made you wait until they had a free time slot to come out there. Meanwhile, your office is down, people can’t work and you’re sitting there waiting on a repairman to get there. GTI Essential Support Plan
For those clients that just need a quality IT group they can call when there is a problem or when they need help with installations. There is no monthly charge and support/service calls billed hourly.

GTI Professional Support Plan
For those clients that need a quality IT group they can call when there is a problem and who also want to be a little more proactive when it comes to their network. There is a small monthly charge per workstation and server and support/service calls are billed hourly.

GTI Premium Support Plan
For those clients that need a quality IT group who can maximize network uptime and keep their systems running smoothly and efficiently. There is a small monthly charge per workstation and server and on-site service calls are billed hourly.

Live monitoring of the ongoing health, performance and errors in Server and workstation class machines. OS and hardware components as well as errors in Windows Operating Systems.

Security Updates & Patches Hardware Patches, Microsoft Security Patches & Updates, Feature Release, Hot fixes are updated on a regularly scheduled basis. This will be applied on Servers and workstations  
Managed Anti-Virus Installation, Monitoring and updating of GTI Endpoint (Anti-virus, Anti-spyware, Anti-malware service). This is a great line of defense against viruses and allows you to no longer worry about whether your virus protection is active or current. With this service, you never have to purchase antivirus software again.  
Preventative Maintenance Preventative Maintenance of server and workstation equipment to ensure reliability and continued high quality service. Optimizing hard drive performance, clearing logs & temp files and other check listed maintenance items.  
Self-Healing Protocols Automatically resolves many problems instantly without any intervention from the user or technician  
Baseline Consulting Baseline consulting to help guide you to success and helping to prevent purchases of incorrect or inadequate equipment
Monthly Reports Detailed reports emailed to you each month that have analysis of technical issues. They include: Windows patch levels/success, backup performance, O/S errors, security issues, application compliance and more.
